3. Refund Process
• Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID, product images, and reason for return.
• After approval, kindly return courier to the given address.
• Once the product passes quality check, the refund will be processed.
4. Mode of Refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 working days after quality check.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Report within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Provide unboxing video and photos as proof.
6. Shipping Costs
• In case of company error (wrong/damaged product) → No pickup charges.
• In other cases → Pickup charges may apply.
